      You pay one monthly price and wash as often as you like at your chosen wash level. License plate recognition reads your vehicle at entry, so there's nothing to scan or swipe.

    • Can I modify my membership anytime?

      CloudClub plans are flexible with no long-term contract — you may manage your plan at any time through the CloudClub portal

    • What if I forget my membership card?

      There's no card to forget. CloudClub uses license plate recognition, so your vehicle is your membership.

    • Can I put more than one vehicle on my membership?

      Yes. The Family Plan saves you 20% on every additional vehicle billed to the same card, up to five vehicles, on Fusion Graphene and Fusion Ceramic Unlimited plans.

    • How much does a CloudClub membership cost?

      Pricing depends on your location and the wash level you choose. Select your nearest Cloud10 to see current membership plans and pricing.

    • Do my unused Smartsaver washes roll over?

      No. Smartsaver includes two Fusion Graphene washes per 30-day billing cycle, and unused washes don't carry over to the next month.
