Purchasing a Membership
Our monthly plans are now available to purchase online. We offer both recurring plan options and prepaid club options. Once you have purchased a membership you will receive a barcode via text or email to bring with you to your first visit to Cloud10 smartwash. It is important that you have access to the barcode at your first visit to activate your account. Please feel free to ask a member of our team for assistance, they will be happy to help.
Managing an Existing Wash Plan Account
You have the option of changing the credit/bank card on your account, downloading a receipt of monthly payment, downgrading or upgrading your existing plan or canceling your plan.
Each vehicle has its own account. Therefore, if you have multiple vehicles you will need to view and manage each account separately.
If you are trying to change the vehicle or license plate on your account, please contact us at 860-942-8102 or email us at washplans@cloud10smartwash.com.
If you successfully cancel your plan online, your account will update to "inactive" status indicating that you will not be charged again on
your next billing date and you will be able to use the wash services up until the day before your next billing date. We do require advance notice for a cancellation. You will not receive a refund if you are canceling on the same day you are charged.
Linking Your Account
Please follow these steps if there is a message that your account cannot be found.
1. Enter mobile number, email address or license plate on login screen
2. If phone number not recognized and you receive a message that your account was not found, select "yes" when prompted to create an account
3. Enter first name, last name, and mobile number
4. You will receive an SMS confirmation code to log into the portal
5. Navigate to "My Account"
6. Under "CloudClub Membership", select Link Existing Membership
7. Enter barcode/license plate and last 4 digits of the payment card used for the membership.
(If we have placed an RFID tag on your vehicle you will need to enter those numbers as your "barcode," not your license plate information.)
